CRIME OFFENSIVE!!
KASHGAR, November, 7. Bad news. The crime rate in the city has risen sharply. The criminals
are believed to be at large in the streets of Kashgar. From our
correspondent Madlen Stapletone in the slums:"This district is a home of
lawlessness and disorder. Several suspicious-looking men's roam around,
they carry arms and are very aggressive. Many of them are wanted and
that there is no prospect of improvement, our police don't seem to be
too interested in". Our correspondent risked her life to make some
